Formulation:  Each bottle contains 55 ml five fold concentrated buffer with merthiolate (0.001%) as preservative.

Storage/Stability:  High Performance ELISA Buffer Concentrate should be stored at -20°C. After diluting to working strength (1X), it can be stored for 1 week at 2-8°C or 3 months at -20°C. Do not use this product beyond the expiration date.

Application notes:  General: ELISA using Poly-HRP-conjugated streptavidin, to exclude an increased background. Especially: ELISA for determination of cytokines in plasma or sera.
